At Last Warning Apparel (LWA), we're committed to providing premium-quality streetwear and a positive shopping experience. Every product is made to order through our trusted fulfillment partner, Tapstitch, allowing us to reduce waste and create apparel specifically for each customer.

Please review our Return & Refund Policy before placing your order.


Made-to-Order Products

All Last Warning Apparel products are printed and manufactured on demand after your order is placed. Because every item is created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to manufacturing or fulfillment errors.

Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, colors, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.


Eligible Returns

We gladly replace or refund orders if you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item
  • An item with a printing or manufacturing defect

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the product and the defect

Once your claim has been reviewed, we'll arrange a replacement or issue a refund when appropriate.


Items Not Eligible for Return

Because every order is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Ordering the wrong color
  • Buyer remorse or change of mind
  • Personal style preference
  • Incorrect shipping information entered during checkout
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Orders requested after the return period

We strongly recommend reviewing our sizing guides before placing your order.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer standard exchanges.

If your item qualifies because of a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, we'll replace it at no additional cost.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

After a refund has been processed, most financial institutions require 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Shipping charges are only refunded if the return results from our error or a defective product.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Since production begins shortly after an order is placed, requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted as soon as possible.

If production has already started, we may be unable to cancel or change your order.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

If your tracking indicates your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier.
  3. Contact us if additional assistance is needed.

If a package is confirmed lost during transit, we'll work with the carrier and our fulfillment partner to determine the appropriate resolution.


Production & Shipping

All Last Warning Apparel products are made to order through Tapstitch.

Typical production time:

  • 2–7 business days

Shipping time varies depending on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.

During holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods, production and shipping may take longer.
